To support its growing activity, the restaurant is currently looking for:
- 1 kitchen apprentice
- 1 dining room apprentice
These positions are intended for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and ready to invest themselves in a family-run and dynamic establishment.
Kitchen apprentice position
Under the supervision of the chef and the kitchen team, the apprentice will learn to:
- Prepare fresh products and the restaurant’s Mediterranean specialties
- Take part in service preparation
- Respect hygiene and safety standards
- Learn cooking techniques, sauces, and traditional regional methods
An ideal position for developing strong technical foundations in a restaurant committed to real cuisine from the South.
Dining room apprentice position
Alongside an experienced team, the apprentice will contribute to:
- Welcoming and advising customers
- Providing warm and professional service
- Presenting Provençal specialties and daily suggestions
- Preparing the dining room and terrace
- Working at the pace of a lively Vieux-Port establishment
A valuable learning experience in direct contact with both locals and visitors in Marseille.

Contract: 35 hours per week
Hours: lunch and dinner service, Monday to Saturday
Capacity: 75 seats (including 30 on the terrace)
Start date: positions available immediately
Location: 42 place aux Huiles, 13001 Marseille
